Belonging to the Matton-Farnet family for 80 years, Château Minuty is a family run wine estate located in southern France's Provence region, overlooking the Saint-Tropez peninsula.

The Grenache and Cinsault blend form an aromatic harmony offering notes of peach and candied orange. The flavor is crisp and round on the palate

Appearance: pale, luminous and clear pink colour, typical of Provence rosé.

Nose: fresh and delicate aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit zest and white flowers.

Palate: lively and smooth, with light texture and juicy fruit character. Subtle saline notes enhance a clean, refreshing finish.

Food pairing: ideal with summer salads, grilled fish, Mediterranean tapas, sushi or as an aperitif.

Serving temperature: 8 to 10 °C.
