Located in Dardagny, Geneva, Domaine du Centaure is a family-owned estate with a winemaking history dating back to the late 14th century. The Sphinx Findling 2024 is a white wine made from the Findling grape, a mutation of Müller-Thurgau originating from Alsace. This rare variety produces a full-bodied wine, ideal for pairing with seafood and fish.
