Description
Jean-Pierre Pellegrin took over the family estate and, while his father delivered his production to the cooperative, he decided to vinify his own wines. Today, Jean-Pierre Pellegrin is one of the leading figures in Geneva wine. The Domaine Grand'Cour in Peissy/Satigny covers 14 hectares.
Tasting
Appearance: Pale yellow color with green and silvery reflections, bright and crystal-clear.
Nose: Expressive and elegant nose with aromas of citrus, blackcurrant bud, exotic fruits and delicate mineral notes.
Palate: Fresh and lively attack with vibrant acidity and harmonious balance between freshness, fruit and minerality. Long and precise finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, goat cheese, asparagus or light summer cuisine.
Serving Temperature: Serve between 8 and 10°C.
