Tonda Iblea, Huile d'olive - Extra Vierge

The Sicilian winery DONNAFUGATA has a 150-year tradition. The estate owes its name to Queen Maria Carolina of Austria, who fled to Sicily from Napoleon's troops in the early 18th century. The DONNAFUGATA estate focuses on the quality and expression of the special Sicilian terroir. Tonda Iblea oil is light green and golden in colour, with an intensely fruity character and clear hints of green tomato, followed by fine notes of aromatic fresh herbs, artichoke and freshly cut grass. On the palate, the oil confirms its intensely fruity character and reveals an excellent balance between bitterness and spicy notes. It is full-bodied, enveloping and harmonious. Cold extraction.
