Cava Reserva de la Familia - Brut Nature 2022

The 271 hectares of carefully cultivated vineyards owned by Juvé & Camps are located in the most suited areas to each variety of grape, ensuing the best quality cava and wine. Pure expression of the terroir.

Appearance: Bright yellow colour with golden highlights and a fine, persistent effervescence, reflecting its long bottle ageing. 

Nose: The bouquet shows elegance and precision, combining fresh fruit notes evolving into riper apple with intense hints of fennel and Mediterranean herbs like rosemary, complemented by toasted bread and nutty nuances from extended ageing. 

Palate: On the palate, this Cava is fresh and complex, with creamy, perfectly integrated bubbles that envelop the mouth. The entry is vibrant and dry, typical of Brut Nature, finishing fresh and expressive, supported by balanced acidity that adds depth and a long-lasting impression. 

Food Pairing: Ideal with seafood, lean fish, rice dishes, Iberian ham, almond soups, or as a refined match to appetizers and tapas. 

Serving Temperature: Serve cold, ideally between 7 °C and 8 °C, to highlight its aromatic precision and refreshing quality.
