Appearance: Opaque black robe with dense violet reflections, showing great concentration.

Nose: Intense bouquet of ripe dark fruits (blackberry, black cherry, blueberry), lifted by hints of orange peel, peppermint, fresh herbs and sweet spices.

Palate: Broad and structured, with a powerful attack, firm yet silky tannins, fresh acidity and rich texture. The finish is long, marked by fruit, spice and a refined bitterness.

Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with dark chocolate desserts, rich mousses or mature blue cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 12 and 14 °C.
