Appearance: Deep black colour with intense purple highlights, reflecting both concentration and youthful energy.

Nose: Complex aromas of ripe dark fruits (blackberry, black cherry, blueberry), with hints of orange zest, fresh herbs, balsamic notes and subtle spice.

Palate: Bold entry, full-bodied texture, firm yet elegant tannins, and a fresh structural backbone. Long finish with dark fruit, sweet spice and a refined bitterness.

Food Pairing: Ideal with rich dark chocolate desserts or matured blue cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 12 and 14 °C.
