Mon Blanc

Les Crêtes, founded in 1989 by Costantino Charrère in Aymavilles (Aosta Valley), combines alpine tradition with innovation across 25 ha, producing approximately 225 000 bottles annually. Mon Blanc, crafted since 1995, is an IGT white blend from native and international grapes grown between 500–700 m altitude.

Appearance: bright straw yellow.

Nose: delicate, floral, with citrus, exotic fruits, banana, white blossoms & aromatic herbs.

Palate: fresh, light, mineral, balanced; flavours of green apple, peach, pear, melon & honey .

Pairing: ideal with seafood appetizers, steamed fish, shellfish, eggs, quiches, fresh cheeses, white meat, pasta.
