Appearance: Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Nose: Delicate aromas of white flowers, lime, grapefruit, and a hint of mango.

Palate: Fresh and lively attack, balanced structure, silky texture, and a saline, mineral finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, vegetable carpaccio, or fresh goat cheese.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 10 °C and 12 °C.
