Les Launes - Crozes-Hermitage 2021

The Les Launes cuvée originates from the Crozes-Hermitage AOC, the largest appellation in the northern Rhône. Made exclusively from Syrah, this wine showcases the grape’s full potential on granitic and stony soils – structured, generous and perfectly balanced, in the pure Delas Frères style.

Appearance : deep ruby with violet glints, brilliant and limpid.

Nose : expressive aromas of blackberries, blackcurrant, violets, soft spices, and subtle smoky or liquorice notes.

Palate : smooth and full-bodied, with silky tannins and a balanced structure. The finish is long, spicy, and fruity.

Food Pairing : ideal with grilled or roasted red meats, lamb, game dishes, or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature : between 16 °C and 18 °C.
