Belleruche Blanc is an emblematic Côtes-du-Rhône AOP white wine, crafted primarily from Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, complemented depending on the vintage by Viognier, Clairette, Bourboulenc and other traditional Southern Rhône grape varieties. The grapes come from carefully selected clay-limestone slopes and stony marl soils, where abundant sunshine and excellent drainage ensure perfect ripeness while preserving freshness and balance. Generous yet refined, Belleruche Blanc is a classic expression of Southern Rhône white wines, combining fruit, freshness and aromatic elegance.

Appearance: Bright golden yellow.

Nose: Aromas of apricot, fennel, white flowers and iris.

Palate: Rich and harmonious with excellent freshness. The generous texture is beautifully balanced by lively minerality, leading to a delicate aniseed finish.

Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled sardines, sea bream, seafood, grilled fish, poultry and fresh cheeses.
