Il bruciato 2023

The Antinori family, one of Italy's oldest wine-growing dynasties, has been cultivating vines since 1385. With 26 generations of history, it embodies the excellence of Italian wine. Tenuta Guado al Tasso, located in Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast, is one of their jewels. Il Bruciato’ was born on this estate in 2002, during a difficult harvest, to offer a modern expression of the Bolgheri terroir. This wine has quickly become a benchmark for ‘Super Tuscans’, combining tradition and innovation.

To the eye: Intense ruby red colour with purplish tints.

On the nose: Aromas of ripe red fruit, plums, sweet spices and a touch of tobacco.

On the palate: Harmonious structure with supple tannins, good concentration and a lingering finish.

Food and wine pairing: Ideal with grilled red meats, game dishes or mature cheeses.

Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
