Ossian Vides y Vinos is a Spanish estate located in Castilla y León. The Ossian project aims to showcase old vines planted around the municipality of Nieva and nearby villages (Aldeanueva del Codonal, Aldehuela del Codonal, Santiuste de San Juan Bautista), on sandy soils mixed with pebbles (codones) — a legacy of vineyard structures that managed to escape the phylloxera plague.

Quintaluna is a white wine made from 100% Verdejo. Crafted with respectful methods — manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts, vinification in stainless steel tanks — it reflects Ossian’s philosophy: a pure and faithful expression of Verdejo from Segovia, emphasizing freshness, minerality, and the soil’s distinctive character.

Appearance: Bright yellow color with golden highlights, inviting and lustrous at first sight. 

Nose: An intense and expressive bouquet of ripe fruit (peach, pear) enriched with citrus notes (lemon), dried fruit hints, and subtle smoky accents that add aromatic depth. 

Palate: Balanced and flavourful on the palate, with a creamy texture that provides breadth and a pleasant mouthfeel. The finish is long and creamy, making it a delightful and approachable wine. 

Food Pairing: Great with grilled vegetables, salads, sushi, seafood and soft cheeses, as well as enjoyable as an aperitif. 

Serving Temperature: Serve chilled between 7 °C and 10 °C to highlight freshness and aromatic clarity.
