UBY - Merlot Zéro Alcool

UBY is a family-owned estate located in Cazaubon, in the Gers (Côtes de Gascogne region, South-West France). Known for its modern and fruit-driven wines, UBY combines tradition with innovation in all of its products.

UBY 0% Red is a non-alcoholic drink made from 100% Merlot grapes. It is vinified using traditional methods, then delicately dealcoholised through vacuum evaporation at low temperature to preserve its aromatic character. This wine alternative is designed to offer a healthy and sociable choice, without compromising on taste.

Appearance: Deep and brilliant purplish-red colour. Clean and expressive.

Nose: Aromas of red berries (raspberry, cherry), fresh and fruit-forward.

Palate: Smooth and round with a soft tannic grip, nicely balanced between freshness and fruit. Refreshing and pleasant finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or with grilled meats, vegetarian dishes, soft cheeses or berry-based desserts.

Serving Temperature: 14 to 16 °C.
