Description
After being stored in bourbon casks, this single malt is aged for at least three months in fino-montilla casks. Each bottle is marked with four seals: The first seal represents the distillery symbol, the second the year the distillery was founded, the third the type of cask used and the last the initials of the master distiller.
Tasting
Fruity, maritime aroma of orange peel and grapes, with a slight smoky flavour. The taste is smooth and powerful, with lots of malt, caramel and fruit. On the finish, the single malt is slightly sweet with lots of oak and coffee.
