Whisky Glenrothes 15 Ans

Established in 1879 in Rothes, at the heart of Speyside, The Glenrothes distillery is renowned for its meticulous approach to distillation and maturation. The Glenrothes 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky matured exclusively in sherry-seasoned European oak casks, carefully selected by Master Whisky Maker Laura Rampling. This whisky embodies the balance between the delicacy of the spirit and the richness of the casks, offering a refined and complex tasting experience.

Appearance: Amber gold with copper highlights.

Nose: Dark brown sugar, baked orchard fruits, sweet spices, hazelnut praline, candied orange peel, maple syrup, toasted oak, and soft leather. 

Palate: Caramelized pears, dark chocolate, baking spices (cinnamon, clove, cardamom), pecan pie, crystallized ginger, and orange marmalade. 

Food Pairing: Dried fruit desserts, aged cheeses, dark chocolate.

Serving Temperature: Room temperature (18–20°C).
