History

Adamus is a “super premium” gin handcrafted in Portugal. In our pursuit of excellence, we have dedicated ourselves to sourcing the most exceptional organic botanicals from across Portugal for its production.

After meticulous distillations, laboratory tests, and in-depth research on the 86 botanicals tested, we selected the 18 best to create this high-end gin with a sublime character.

It is the world’s first gin to feature, among its botanical ingredients, a berry-bearing grape variety native to Bairrada, a small region in Portugal, which gives this drink a delicate, fruity flavor.

Aroma: Fresh and exuberant, with pronounced notes of flowers, citrus fruits, and red berries, highlighting sage, hibiscus, and ripe grapes.
Taste: On the palate, notes of fresh juniper, cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger come to the fore, offering persistence, depth, and perfect harmony.
Appearance: Clear and crystalline.
