Coloma Rum is produced in Colombia by the Constain family, known for crafting premium rums. Located in the Andes, the distillery benefits from ideal conditions for slow and balanced aging.

The Coloma 15 Year Old is unique due to its finishing in coffee liqueur casks, giving it a distinctive aromatic profile combining sweetness, richness, and elegance.

Appearance: Deep amber with mahogany reflections, bright and warm.

Nose: Rich aromas of caramel, vanilla, coffee, cocoa, dried fruits, and sweet spices.

Palate: Smooth and velvety entry with rich flavors of coffee, chocolate, caramel, and ripe fruits. Silky texture and balanced profile. Long, soft, slightly roasted finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal neat, with dark chocolate, coffee desserts, or cigars.

Serving Temperature: Best enjoyed at room temperature (18–20°C).
