Vieille Poire is a pear brandy distilled by S. Fassbind AG, one of Switzerland’s oldest distilleries, located in Oberarth in the canton of Schwyz. The Fassbind house is renowned for its high-quality fruit spirits, crafted using traditional methods passed down from generation to generation.

Vieille Poire is produced from ripe Swiss Williams pears, distilled and then aged in oak barrels to develop a rich and elegant aromatic profile.
