Tasting
Appearance: Deep ruby color with purple reflections, dense and brilliant.
Nose: Intense aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, black plum and black cherry, accompanied by black pepper, cocoa, blond tobacco and subtle balsamic notes.
Palate: Broad and velvety attack with ripe and elegant tannins. Excellent aromatic concentration balanced by remarkable freshness. Long and persistent finish with spicy and chocolate nuances.
Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled meats, roasted lamb, South American cuisine, game dishes or aged cheeses.
Serving Temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C.
