Description
Château d’Esclans, partially owned by LVMH and celebrated for high-end rosés, produced Rock Angel as a powerful, premium Provence rosé. Made from 20–25-year‑old vines on clay/rock soils, it offers both structure and aromatic finesse.
Tasting
Appearance: pale, luminous salmon-pink, bright and clear.
Nose: red berries (raspberry, gooseberry), citrus (pink grapefruit), floral notes (rose, jasmine), plus mineral character.
Palate: crisp fresh entry, silky elegant body, firm acidity, long mineral finish with a hint of oak.
Pairing: ideal with fine appetizers, grilled seafood, white meats, shellfish, goat cheese.
Serving temperature: 46–54 °F (8–12 °C) .
