Viognier 2023 is an elegant and expressive wine produced from 100% Viognier. This iconic grape variety is known for its aromatic intensity, generous texture and balance between richness and freshness. Domaine des Trois Étoiles offers a refined interpretation that highlights the elegance of Geneva’s terroir.

Appearance: Bright golden-yellow colour with luminous reflections.

Nose: Intense aromas of apricot, white peach, white flowers and exotic fruits, complemented by delicate floral notes.

Palate: Rich and harmonious on entry. The wine displays a silky texture balanced by refreshing acidity, leading to a long and elegant finish with floral and fruity nuances.

Food Pairing: Excellent with foie gras, creamy poultry dishes, aromatic Asian cuisine, fine fish, shellfish and soft cheeses.
