Rhum Coloma Coffee Smoked

Coloma Rum, produced by the Constain family at Hacienda Coloma in Colombia, is known for its elegant rums and distinctive coffee cask signature.

The Coffee Smoked edition takes this concept further by introducing a smoky dimension, resulting in a unique and complex flavor profile combining sweetness, roasted notes, and subtle smoke.

Appearance: Deep amber with mahogany reflections, bright and intense.

Nose: Rich and complex aromas of roasted coffee, caramel, cocoa, with smoky notes and elegant oak.

Palate: Full and velvety entry with strong character. Flavors of coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, and smoked wood. Round and structured texture. Long, persistent, roasted and slightly smoky finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal neat, with dark chocolate, coffee desserts, or in premium cocktails.

Serving Temperature: Best enjoyed at room temperature (18–20°C).
