Tasting
Appearance: Deep ruby hue with violet tints, bright and clear.
Nose: Black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), subtle spice and smoky note.
Palate: Smooth attack, well-integrated tannins, fresh and tasty finish.
Food Pairing: Red meats, stews, mature cheeses.
Serving Temperature: Between14 and 16 °C.
