The Clos des Papes 2021 is a prestigious red Châteauneuf-du-Pape made from a traditional blend of grape varieties, sourced from multiple plots across the estate’s holdings. 

Appearance: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections.

Nose: Complex aromas of red and black fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant), complemented by spices, dried herbs, and elegant mineral notes.

Palate: Generous and structured, with silky tannins, well-balanced freshness, and a long, savoury finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled or braised red meats, game, roast lamb, stews, and aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 15–17 °C, with light decanting recommended.
