Rhum Millonario Reserva Especial N-15

Millonario rum is produced in Peru, in the Pomalca valley by the long‑established Prolisa distillery.

The Millonario Nº 15 (Reserva Especial) is a premium expression using a Solera method with four tiers, employing oak casks that once held Bourbon and Sherry. The blend includes rums aged between 12 and 20 years, and it is bottled at 40 % vol.

Appearance : Deep amber color with bronze highlights, warm and luminous.

Nose : Rich and complex nose: prune, caramel, honeyed chestnut, tropical confit fruits, hazelnut, and spice (clove).

Palate : Smooth entry, silky texture. Notes of toffee, flambéed banana, fig, chocolate, vanilla, with a refined wood and spice undertone. Balanced between indulgence and elegance. A long and mellow finish, showing caramel, oriental spices, oak, and a gentle vanilla touch.

Food Pairing & Use : Enjoy neat in a tulip or copita glass. Pairs well with caramel or chocolate desserts, dried fruits, or a mild cigar.

Serving Temperature : Between 16–18 °C.
