Description

Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons was established through the partnership between the Rupert family of South Africa and the Rothschild family of France, one of the most respected names in the wine world. Located in Franschhoek in the Western Cape, the estate benefits from an exceptional environment combining mountain influences, Mediterranean climate and diverse soils.

Baron Edmond is the estate’s flagship prestige cuvée, created in tribute to Baron Edmond de Rothschild. Produced from the finest vineyard parcels and a rigorous selection of Bordeaux grape varieties, it represents the highest expression of the estate. The wine is renowned for its depth, aromatic complexity and outstanding ageing potential. It combines Bordeaux-inspired elegance with the distinctive character of South African terroir.
