Guisto Di Notri 2022

Giusto di Notri is a tribute to the San Giusto church in Suvereto and the first vineyard planted in the Notri locality, where the Tua Rita estate is located. First produced in 1992, this wine embodies the soul of the estate, blending Bordeaux tradition with the unique characteristics of the Tuscan terroir. It is primarily made from Cabernet Sauvignon, with some Merlot and Cabernet Franc, grown on the clay-siliceous soils typical of the Metalliferous Hills region. Giusto di Notri reflects Tua Rita's philosophy: innovation, respect for natural rhythms, and a love for the terroir.

Appearance: Deep ruby color with purple hues, indicating great concentration.

Nose: Complex aromas of ripe black fruits, mocha, cherry, and toasted notes.

Palate: Ample and silky attack, with fine tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Food Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, dishes in sauce, game, or aged cheeses.
