Per Sempre -Syrah 2022

Tua Rita was founded in 1984 by Rita Tua and Virgilio Bisti in Suvereto, Tuscany. The estate quickly established itself as a reference for "Super Tuscans." Their ambition is to produce exceptional wines in harmony with the terroir. "Per Sempre," meaning "Forever," is Virgilio’s tribute to his love for Syrah. Produced from a micro-parcel of 18 rows planted in 1998, this wine is made in very limited quantities, reflecting the estate's pursuit of excellence. With controlled yields and careful winemaking, "Per Sempre" embodies the purity and complexity of Syrah in Tuscany.

At a glance: Deep ruby color with violet highlights, dense and brilliant.

On the nose: Intense aromas of ripe black fruits (blackberry, blueberry), spicy notes (black pepper), with hints of cocoa, blond tobacco, and sandalwood.

On the palate: Ample attack, silky tannins, a balance between power and elegance, a long and persistent finish with spicy and mineral nuances.

Food pairings: Perfect with grilled red meats, game, stews, or aged cheeses.

Serving temperature: Serve between 16 and 18°C after one hour of decanting.
