Humagne Rouge
Description
The winemaker Valentina Andrei settled in Valais (Switzerland) after formative experiences at Domaine de Beudon and alongside Marie-Thérèse Chappaz, shaping her commitment to a high-precision and often biodynamic viticulture.
Humagne Rouge reflects her desire to revive this typically Valaisan and rare grape variety, by expressing it with elegance and freshness. Several sources highlight the cuvée as “rare” and celebrated for its distinctive character. This wine is consistently presented as coming from vineyards cultivated with great care on steep Valaisan slopes, from selected parcels that reflect the winemaker’s values.
