Nose: Elegant and complex bouquet blending fresh citrus (lemon, lime, yuzu), white fruits (pear, apple), and delicate spring floral notes, with a subtle saline touch that adds freshness and definition.

Palate: Harmonious and precise attack with saline freshness and remarkable tension. The texture is silky, enhanced by flavours of candied citrus, ripe fruit, and a deep minerality that carries through to a long, elegant and structured finish.
