Founded in 1997 by Vittorio Moretti in Suvereto, Tuscany, Petra winery combines modern architecture with a deep respect for the landscape, designed by architect Mario Botta and guided by Professor Attilio Scienza.
The "Hebo" 2023 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese, grown on sandy-loamy, slightly calcareous soils in San Lorenzo and Riotorto
Tasting
Appearance: Bright ruby red.
Nose: Aromas of cherry, raspberry, plum, redcurrant, eucalyptus, liquorice, and sandalwood.
Palate: Fresh, supple tannins, long fruity finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal with grilled red meats, mushroom pasta, aged cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 16–18 °C.
