Vacqueyras -Bio 2021

Located in Vacqueyras in the Southern Rhône Valley, Domaine des Amouriers is a benchmark estate certified organic since 2014. The estate follows a low-intervention philosophy based on indigenous yeasts, manual harvesting and meticulous vineyard work to express the unique limestone and rolled-pebble terroirs of Vacqueyras.

Vacqueyras Blanc Bio is produced from Grenache Blanc,  Clairette,  Roussanne and  Viognier. Hand harvested and whole-cluster pressed, the wine is fermented in oak barrels before ageing on fine lees, combining richness, freshness and elegance.

Appearance: Bright pale yellow with golden highlights.

Nose: Elegant aromas of white flowers, pear, white peach, citrus, fresh apricot, almonds and subtle oak nuances.

Palate: Rich and silky with remarkable freshness and mineral tension. White orchard fruits, citrus and delicate nutty notes lead to a long, saline and refined finish.

Food Pairing: Perfect with fresh goat's cheese, langoustine carpaccio, scallops, poultry with morel mushrooms, premium fish and asparagus risotto.
