Réserve Des Seigneur 2020

Founded in 1692, Domaine de l'Oratoire Saint-Martin is one of the historic estates of the Cairanne appellation in the Southern Rhône Valley. Farmed organically and biodynamically, the estate follows a low-intervention philosophy to preserve the purity and mineral expression of its limestone terroirs.

Réserve des Seigneurs Blanc is the estate's flagship white wine. Produced mainly from Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Marsanne, it comes from old hillside vineyards planted on limestone soils. Aged on fine lees, it combines richness, freshness and remarkable minerality.

Appearance: Bright pale yellow with golden highlights.

Nose: Elegant aromas of white flowers, pear, white peach, citrus fruits, fresh apricot, fennel, fresh almond and delicate Mediterranean herbs.

Palate: Rich yet vibrant with a silky texture, balanced by refreshing acidity and fine minerality. White fruits and citrus flavours lead to a long, refined and harmonious finish.

Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled fish, scallops, lobster, creamy poultry dishes, asparagus risotto, Mediterranean cuisine and mature goat's cheese.
