Les P'tits Gars 2021

Founded in 1692, Domaine de l'Oratoire Saint-Martin is one of the historic estates of Cairanne in the Southern Rhône Valley. Farmed organically and biodynamically, the estate follows a low-intervention philosophy that allows each wine to express the purity of its fruit and the identity of its limestone terroirs.

Les P'tits Gars Blanc is a Côtes du Rhône made from Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and Viognier. Produced from young vines planted on clay-limestone soils, it offers a fresh, generous and fruit-driven expression of Southern Rhône white wines. Vinified and aged mainly in stainless steel tanks, it highlights freshness and aromatic purity.

Appearance: Bright pale yellow with green and golden reflections.

Nose: Expressive aromas of white flowers, pear, white peach, citrus fruits, fresh apricot, acacia blossom and delicate Mediterranean herbs.

Palate: Fresh and generous with a round texture balanced by lively acidity. White fruit, citrus and floral flavours lead to a refreshing, mineral and elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or with grilled fish, seafood, summer salads, poultry, Mediterranean cuisine, goat's cheese and vegetable risotto.
