Les P'tits Gars 2023

Founded in 1692, Domaine de l'Oratoire Saint-Martin is one of the historic estates of the Cairanne appellation in the Southern Rhône Valley. Farmed organically and biodynamically, the estate follows a low-intervention philosophy to preserve the purity of its terroirs. Les P'tits Gars is a friendly, fruit-driven cuvée made from the estate's younger vines, offering an authentic expression of the Southern Rhône.

Les P'tits Gars Rouge is a Côtes du Rhône produced mainly from Grenache, complemented by Syrah, Mourvèdre, Counoise, Cinsault, Vaccarèse, Muscardin and Terret Noir. Made without small oak barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered, it focuses on fruit purity, freshness and drinkability.

Appearance: Deep ruby-red colour with purple highlights.

Nose: Generous aromas of cherry, raspberry, blackberry and blackcurrant with hints of garrigue herbs, black pepper, liquorice and sweet spices.

Palate: Juicy, supple and beautifully balanced with silky tannins. Layers of red and black fruits are complemented by vibrant freshness and a long, spicy finish.

Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled meats, burgers, Provençal cuisine, pizza, charcuterie boards and mature cheeses.
