Le P'tit Martin - Sans Soufre 2024

Founded in 1692, Domaine de l’Oratoire Saint Martin lies in the village of Cairanne, in the heart of the Southern Rhône Valley, on clay‑limestone hillsides. The estate is farmed using certified biodynamic methods (Demeter), alongside organic practices. This family-run winery, now led by the Abeille‑Fabre family, crafts expressive and honest wines.

Le P’tit Martin is a friendly, no-added-sulfur Côtes du Rhône red, designed for youthful, fruit-driven enjoyment.

Appearance: Bright ruby red color.

Nose: Red and black fruit aromas with floral (violet) and spicy hints.

Palate: Juicy fruit, hints of raspberry and strawberry, gentle spices, light fine tannins.

Food Pairing: Complements charcuterie, grilled meats, lamb, braised beef.

Serving Temperature: Between 15 °C  and 17 °C.
