Donnafugata cultivates its vineyards in Sicily where the climate is Mediterranean with dry summers that are windy and characterized by extreme temperature variations.

In the company's vineyards everything is focused on producing the best grapes possible. A project that wants to propose the excellence of Sicilian wine from different territories, all of them with extraordinary potential.

Appearance: Bright ruby red colour with vibrant violet highlights, reflecting a youthful expression and a fruit-forward character.

Nose: Opens with fresh red fruit aromas — raspberry and plum — enriched by delicate spicy and balsamic notes, offering immediate aromatic complexity.

Palate: The attack is fruity and fresh, with juicy red fruit notes returning. The structure is supple, supported by silky tannins and elegant finesse. The finish is fresh and pleasantly persistent.

Food Pairing: A versatile wine that pairs wonderfully with pizza, tomato-based pasta, fish soups, or roasted meats. Also enjoyable slightly chilled as an aperitif.

Serving Temperature: Serve between 15°C and 18°C to fully express its freshness and fruity aromas.
