Arienzo Crianza 2022

The Arienzo red crianza wine, from Bodegas Herederos del Marqués de Riscal, is made from a selection of the best grapes of the tempranillo, mazuelo and graciano varieties, from vineyards located in Laguardia and Elciego. 

The grapes are received in the winery at the optimum point ofripeness and then undergo the natural processes of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, with very strict control of the temperature during these processes.

After fermentation is complete the wine passes into American-oak barrels where it is aged for 18 months, followed by further ageing and rounding off in the bottle

Appearance: Deep cherry-red robe with violet hues, clear and bright.

Nose: Expressive bouquet of ripe red fruits, vanilla and coconut, with a hint of balsamic freshness.

Palate: Smooth attack, fine tannins, well-balanced between freshness and oak notes, with a lightly spicy finish.

Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled meats, oily fish or aged cheeses.

Serving Temperature: Between 16 and 18 °C.
