Rhum Dom Papa Alon

Don Papa is a rum brand from the Philippines, produced on the island of Negros, known for its high-quality sugarcane. The rum is distilled from locally sourced molasses and aged in ex-bourbon oak casks.
Don Papa Alon is a flavored edition inspired by local Filipino culinary culture. It is infused with grilled coconut, jackfruit, and a touch of chili, evoking the traditional dish “Ginataang Langka.”

Appearance : Warm and bright amber color.

Nose : Very expressive tropical aromas: roasted coconut, citrus, grilled pineapple, mango, papaya, vanilla. Subtle chili spice in the background.

Palate : Smooth, creamy texture. Flavors of ripe tropical fruit and coconut. Pleasant sweetness balanced with a mild chili warmth. Long and comforting finish with lingering notes of fruit, spice, and toasted coconut.

Food Pairing & Use : Enjoy neat or in a light tropical cocktail. Excellent with fruit-based desserts or served chilled.
