ki No Bi - Dry Gin

The young Japanese distillery KYOTO DISTILLERY is the first gin distillery in the land of the rising sun. It is celebrating its premiere in 2016 with its KI NO BI, meaning "the beauty of the seasons". Master distiller Alex Davies divided the plants into six categories (base, citrus, tea, herbs, spices and flowers) and distilled each one separately. KI NO BI is a blend of these distillates. The base of all the distillates is rice brandy and plants such as Fushimi spring water are of regional origin.

KI NO BI besteht aus einheimischen Pflanzen, darunter Hinoki-Holz, Bambus- und Grünteeblätter, japanischer grüner Pfeffer sowie die Zitrusfrucht Yuzu. Sehr aromatisch mit blumigen und fruchtigen Aromen von Yuzu, dezent tellurischen und holzigen Noten sowie einer feinen Ingwernote, die angenehm scharf ist.
