Whisky Springbank 10 ans

The Springbank 10 Years is an iconic single malt Scotch whisky from the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. One of the few distilleries that controls every stage of production, from malting to bottling.

Founded in 1828 and still family‑owned, Springbank is renowned for its artisanal approach, giving its whiskies elegance, finesse and a distinctive signature: slightly peaty, rich, lightly salty and finely spiced — typical of the Campbeltown style.

Appearance: Pale golden colour with delicate highlights, reflecting balanced maturation.

Nose: Charming and typical of Springbank: fruity notes of strawberry, pear and citrus, combined with vanilla, a gentle touch of peat and delicate spice hints.

Palate: Fresh and lively arrival, offering a complex combination of sweet fruit, malted cereals and spice notes such as nutmeg and cinnamon, plus subtle pear and coconut nuances. The texture is slightly oily, characteristic of artisanal distillation.

Food & Spirit Pairing: Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of cool water to enhance aromatic complexity. Pairs well with dark chocolate and aged cheeses, and makes a great digestif after a rich meal.

Serving Temperature: Serve ideally between 18 °C and 20 °C to fully express the aromatic spectrum.
