Redbreast is one of the benchmark names in Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, a traditional Irish style made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and distilled in copper pot stills. Produced at Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Redbreast is renowned for the richness, distinctive texture and complexity of its whiskies.

Redbreast 15 Year Old is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey matured for at least 15 years in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. Triple distillation brings refinement and balance, while extended maturation creates a rich profile of ripe fruit, warming spices and toasted oak. Bottled at 46% ABV, it offers remarkable depth and a sophisticated finish.

Appearance: Deep amber colour with warm copper and golden highlights.

Nose: Full and rich with a complex balance of berry fruits and aromatic oils, complemented by dried fruit, delicate spices and subtle oak notes.

Palate: Well-balanced, mellow and generous. Succulent fleshy fruits combine with characteristic Pot Still spices and toasted wood, creating a rich texture and a long, sophisticated finish.

Serving Suggestions: Best enjoyed neat in a tulip-shaped glass, with a few drops of water if desired. It also pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, caramelised nuts, dried-fruit desserts and mature cheeses.
