Description
Nikka Whisky, founded in 1934 by Masataka Taketsuru, is one of the pioneering Japanese whisky houses. The Miyagikyo Distillery was established in 1969 in the Miyagi valley on Honshū Island, chosen for its pure water and ideal ageing environment.
The Miyagikyo Single Malt is a no‑age‑statement (NAS) expression that showcases the elegant and fruity style of the distillery. The maturation emphasizes sherry casks to bring depth and complexity.
